Lisa van Aardenne

I am a climate scientist and data manager within the Climate System Analysis Group (CSAG) at the University of Cape Town. I currently specialize in the integration of climate science, human health and data science, focusing particularly on Africa. My responsibilities encompass conducting climate research, managing extensive data archives and implementing advanced research computing techniques. I am engaged in collaborative interdisciplinary projects, where I utilize data science methodologies to better understand the intricate relationships between climate, disease and public health outcomes.
