Modelling Scenarios Study to Support Eskom’s Climate change Vulnerability and Adaptation case studies

Building on a previous Eskom project, Climate change and generation, CSAG was contracted to provide climate change projections information for one station in the Mpumalanga region. Additionally, CSAG provided a training workshop in order to support the mapping of Eskom’s vulnerability to current and future climate. The objective of the project was for Eskom to identify and assess their vulnerability to climate change within the context of climate variability and weather as an integrated business risk.
