The development of climate projections for Angola. Angola’s Climate Change and Development Report (CCDR) aims to support the Government of Angola and the World Bank Group to develop a climate-informed investment and reform program to achieve Angola’s development goals in the context of climate change, through climate resilience and energy decarbonization pathways. The CCDR will rigorously document projected climate impacts across critical climate-sensitive development sectors of Angola’s economy (i.e., water, agriculture, energy, health and urban), and analyze binding constraints to development as well as new development opportunities arising from climate change.
