GIZ Covenant of Mayors

Project to support the Covenant of Mayors in Sub-Saharan Africa (CoM SSA) through laying the groundwork for the establishment of city-labs focussed on infrastructure and climate issues in three cities (Mombasa, Kenya; Abuja, Nigeria; Freetown, Sierra Leone) and building the capacity of the broader sector to engage with issues of infrastructure and climate through the development of a one-week course, practitioner toolkit, innovation case studies, campus sustainability plans, and an ideas festival.
