Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) are a trending phenomena! CSAG and Interment Africa have been at the forefront of this, using the UAV as a platform for boundary layer atmospheric measurement. This project is working toward developing a boundary layer sounding system that could be used for collecting basic atmospheric data and in carrying diverse sensor packages for environmental monitoring.
