Meeting Venue: Townhouse Hotel Cape Town

The venue for the inception meeting is the Townhouse Hotel in Cape Town.

Rooms have been pre-booked for this purpose and the cost is R1400 per night (inc breakfast and all taxes). The final cost will need to be paid by the individuals upon check-out. The easiest method of payment is with a credit card. Rooms have been pre-booked from Sat 18th April to Friday 24th April.

In order to facilitate the booking process, please inform Ruwani Walawege if you would like to take up a room at the hotel. If you’re arrival and departure dates are different please also let Ruwani know. We will need your flight itenary once you have confirmed your flights. A mobile contact number is also useful.
