Sarika Govender

Sarika is CSAG's training coordinator, involved in the planning and preparation of training course, she has a background in environmental consulting, working on environmental assessments, permit compliance audits, gas monitoring, environmental control inspections on landfill construction, advice on the management of medical waste, environmental and social risk assessment. She has also developed course material and facilitated and assessed SAQA accredited courses. Sarika has a master's degree in Environmental Management from the University of the Free State, with her dissertation focusing on the Management of Food waste, and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Education.
