CSAG is a lead partner in the WISER TRANSFORM project. The project aims to create a learning and exchange environment within the Weather and Climate Information Services for Africa (WISER) programme and beyond to apply co-production approaches, better understand the drivers of user uptake of weather and climate information as well as draw together case studies on measuring the socio-economic benefit of climate services. CSAG’s key roles in TRANSFORM were developing guidance and learning with regard to best practice in co-production, research into maximising the update of weather and climate services through behavioural psychology approaches and facilitating capacity development activities that spanned the entire WISER programme.
